Why contact Kilkenny Bereavement Support?
Following a death, each person’s loss is different and so each person’s grief journey will be unique to them. Grief does not occur any particular sequence; it ebbs and flows, it follows its own rhythm and time.

Grief can affect us at different levels namely:

  • Feelings
  • Physically
  • Thoughts
  • Behaviours
  • Social Difficulties
  • Spiritual Difficulties

It helps the healing process to talk with a trained listener and work through the strong feelings associated with grief. It could help to talk with one of our trained listeners.
